Job Description Role & Responsibilities : Verify and generate the billing information which discount, promotion, and customer profile Cross-check the sampling of bill and summary of e-billing & printing Preform the 1st tier of fixing the billing error by finding the error cause Configuration of prepaid & promotion to align with marketing requirement Testing the postpaid configuration is correct before sending it to the customer.
Qualifications
