Residential Advisor

Franciscan Health Dyer Campus 24 Joliet St Dyer, Indiana 46311 The Residential Advisor monitors progress and provides developmental guidance to residents participating in residential treatment programs. This position assists residents in adapting and learning new social, emotional and intellectual behaviors as part of a medically prescribed psychosocial treatment plan.

This position also manages the therapeutic milieu, to assure the safety and well-being of the residents, families, and caregivers. QUALIFICATIONS

Required Bachelor's Degree in Social Service, Psychology, Sociology, Social Work, or related allied health field Preferred 1 year Social Services Full time and Part time positions available!
