• Provide direct patient care in the home
• Administer medications and monitor vital signs
• Use medical equipment as needed
• Observe and report changes in patient condition
• Communicate with patients and families
• Maintain accurate documentation What We Are Looking For Active RN license in New York BLS certification Physical and QuantiFERON within a year MMR immunization. Strong communication and clinical skills Reliable and professional Ability to work independently Willing to travel within Westchester Schedule and Location
