Kardex Auto. Store specializes in innovative automated storage and retrieval solutions. Growing fast in APAC, and we’re looking for a Software Implementation Engineer to join our Sydney team. This role blends warehouse automation, backend configuration/debugging/development, support and customer-facing project work. Your tasks What You’ll Do Configure, deploy & implement our Kardex Warehouse Execution Software (WES) Debug across databases, APIs, microservices & middleware Analyse logs (Apache log4j) and troubleshoot issues Work with automated system such as Auto.
Store and more + customer WMS/ERP integrations Train customers & provide Level 3 software support Lead on site software integration activities collaborating with commissioning engineers and customer Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to knowledge base documentation.
