The Facility Maintenance Technician IV performs a variety of skilled maintenance and repair tasks to support the safe, functional, and professional appearance of Midlands Technical College facilities.
Responsibilities include
completing miscellaneous facility projects such as painting, drywall repair, carpentry, fixture installation, and the relocation of furniture, equipment, and materials throughout campus locations. This position utilizes the College's computerized work order system to document, track, and complete assigned maintenance requests while ensuring work is performed efficiently, safely, and in accordance with established standards.
