Director - Financial Planning & Analysis

This position leads Gillette Children's Financial Planning & Analysis function, setting the strategy for how the organization plans, forecasts, and understands its financial performance. The Director builds and leads a modern FP&A capability — one that uses data, analytics, and AI-enabled tools to give service line and executive leaders faster, sharper insights into performance and shifts the function's time from manual reporting toward forward-looking analysis and decision support.

This role owns the annual budget process, rolling forecasts, long-range financial planning, and service line/product line analysis, and partners closely with the CFO, Controller, and operational leaders across the organization.
