Highway Patrol Lieutenant (Promotion) - Troop 2, Headquarters

THIS IS AN INTERNAL POSTING FOR CURRENT HIGHWAY PATROL OFFICERS ONLY. This position serves Troop 2: Abbeville, Edgefield, Greenwood, Laurens, Mc. Cormick, Newberry, and Saluda counties. Performs responsible management, law enforcement, and administrative duties in assigned Highway Patrol Troop under the direction of the Troop Commander.

Assumes the duties of the Troop Commander in his/her absence, as directed. Assists the Troop Commander in maintaining operational readiness of personnel, facilities, and equipment.
