It is the primary responsibility of the Assistant General Manager to assist the General Manager with oversight of all aspects of the property and associates in order to ensure maximum occupancy, resident and associate satisfaction, operational compliance and operational efficiency, as well as safety and security with the goal of bottom line profits.
