Registered: Phlebotomist/HCA Banding: Band 2 & 3 Location: Mid Wales Rate:£18.00 - £ 25.78 per hour
Pulse Nursing Agency are looking for experienced Phlebotomists and HCA’s with Phlebotomy experience in the Mid Wales area with shifts available Monday-Sunday (8:00am19:30pm). Offering competitive hourly pay rates of:
Monday to Friday: £18.00 per hour, Saturday: £20.96 per hour, Sunday & Bank Holidays: £25.78 per hour
** Working as a Phlebotomist/HCA you will: **
- Complete POCT cholesterol checks; height, weight and waist measurements; heart rate and blood pressure checks and record data findings on the system
- Draw two blood samples, labelling and storing correctly
- Check the welfare of the participants throughout their appointments, escalating as required
** To be successful in this role you should have: **
- A Certificate in Phlebotomy
- Minimum of one year’s active experience drawing blood.
- Experience in taking patient observations
- Excellent patient care skills
- Immediate holder of the Right to Work in the UK
