Outdoor Sales & Marketing

Location: Dubai, UAE Employment Type: Full-time Experience: 2–4 years Salary: Based on experience + incentives Industry: Jewellery Tools, Machinery & Equipment About the Role We are looking for an Outdoor Sales & Marketing Executive to drive B2B sales and customer acquisition across the UAE. The role is primarily focused on sales, with field-level marketing activities supporting customer engagement and product promotion.

Key Responsibilities

Visit goldsmiths, jewellery workshops, manufacturers and refineries across Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman and other Northern Emirates. Identify new business opportunities and generate leads. Demonstrate jewellery-making tools, machinery and equipment to customers. Build and maintain strong relationships with trade customers. Follow up on quotations, orders, deliveries and payments.

Manage customers who purchase on credit and ensure timely payment follow-ups. Support exhibitions, product launches and other field marketing activities. Collect market feedback and identify new sales opportunities.

Requirements

2–4 years of B2B field sales experience , preferably in the jewellery industry, jewellery tools/machinery, industrial equipment or related products. Experience selling to goldsmiths, jewellery workshops or manufacturers is a strong advantage. An existing network within the jewellery trade is highly preferred. Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Comfortable with customer visits, product demonstrations and sales follow-ups. UAE driving licence preferred; company vehicle provided. Hindi, Gujarati or Arabic is an advantage. Experience with plating or industrial chemicals is an advantage but not mandatory . Working Location: The role will cover Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman and other Northern Emirates , with potential travel to other GCC markets depending on business requirements.

Compensation

Salary will be based on experience, with additional sales incentives.
