Requirements
- Required – Technical Skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in AI Engineering or AI Architecture.
- Proven experience designing and implementing RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) solutions.
- Strong proficiency in Python, C#, or Java and experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face.
- Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus) and embedding models.
- Knowledge of LLM orchestration frameworks such as LangChain or Semantic Kernel.
- Experience with cloud platforms ( Azure, AWS, GCP ) and containerization ( Docker, Kubernetes ).

Responsibilities
(Key Activities)
- Design and implement Agentic RAG solutions integrating retrieval mechanisms with generative AI models.
- Develop scalable AI pipelines for ingestion, indexing, retrieval, and generation.
- Build reusable AI frameworks supporting orchestration and multi-step reasoning.
- Collaborate with Data Engineers, ML Scientists, and Product teams to deliver AI-driven solutions.
- Evaluate and optimize vector databases, embeddings, and retrieval strategies.
- Conduct benchmarking, testing, and performance tuning of AI architectures.
- Define best practices for AI security, governance, compliance, and ethical AI usage.
- Stay current with emerging trends in Agentic AI, LLM orchestration, and RAG architectures. Required Languages
