The role requires both on-site presence and close coordination with off-site stakeholders Key Responsibilities Project Planning & Execution Lead fit-out projects from concept through to handover, developing project plans, timelines, and budgets Coordinate design, procurement, and construction phases, ensuring alignment with client requirements and specifications Site & Construction Management Oversee site mobilization, daily construction activities, and quality inspections Ensure compliance with health, safety, and building regulations (HSSE) and statutory codes Contractor & Vendor Coordination Manage multiple trade contractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure seamless workflow and high-quality workmanship Prepare tender/bid documents, procurement plans, and weekly progress reports Technical & Drawing Interpretation Read and interpret architectural, M&E, and fit-out drawings; identify discrepancies and buildability issues Stakeholder Communication Act as the primary on-site contact for coordination with landlords.

Building management, contractors, tenants, and end-users Communicate regularly with executives, clients, and project teams to maintain alignment Risk & Problem Solving Identify and mitigate construction risks, resolve site issues, and recommend program adjustments Key Skills & Competencies Construction execution and site management Budgeting, cost control, and scheduling Quality assurance and compliance oversight Leadership and team management Strong communication and reporting skills Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, AutoCAD, and project management software Typical Qualifications Education : Degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or related discipline Experience : 10 years in corporate interior fit-outs; MNC exposure preferred Our inspired people share our vision and mission.
