Job description
Performs intermediate skilled technical work managing the review process of new developments, preparing recommendations related to planning, development, and zoning issues, reviewing site plans and issuing permits, conducting research, interpreting zoning and related codes, maintaining records and files, preparing reports and maps, and related work as apparent or assigned.
Work is performed under the limited supervision of the Director of Planning & Development. Continuous supervision is exercised over assigned personnel.
