Maintenance Tech - on-call

Our Maintenance Technicians: Perform routine maintenance and repair on the facility and equipment to include, plumbing, plastering, electrical, carpentry, mechanical, etc.

, as directed, in accordance with established procedures. Prepare and organizes materials and equipment before starting a task. Report equipment/items to supervisor that need repair immediately. Responds to occasional building emergencies as needed by the supervisor. Report all incidents/accidents to supervisor. Perform daily rounds and check of various systems as assigned, including related record keeping.

Other duties as assigned. What you need to succeed: Must be at least eighteen years of age with the ability to read, write and speak English. Formal training in vocational school or trade apprenticeship program preferred but not required. A minimum of 1 years building maintenance work experience. Completion of a background check.

In some regions, pre-hire process may include physical, TB test, drug screen, and/or fingerprinting per state/local guidelines. Physical Requirements Include: Ability to work in different physical positions to complete tasks, while providing a variety of physically demanding maintenance-related tasks inside and outside the building.

Must have good manual dexterity and the ability to work with tools and equipment. May need to occasionally lift up to 50lbs.
