Job description
The General Manager is responsible for the overall performance, leadership, and execution of AGI’s Marshall IL manufacturing facility. This role owns full site accountability across operations, supply chain and drives collaboration with engineering and inside sales, ensuring alignment between demand, capacity, and execution.
The General Manager drives results through disciplined operating systems, clear accountability, and a strong focus on safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
