Job description
Delivery of existing and upcoming projects :
- Maintenance of Test Benches & Fixtures
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of functional test benches, and assembly fixtures.
- Troubleshoot issues in PCBA test systems, wiring harnesses, connectors, relays, SMPS, and embedded controllers.
- Ensure minimum downtime in testing stations.
- Support to Production & Testing
- Calibration & Validation
- Calibrate and validate electronic test benches, measuring instruments, and fixtures.
- Ensure compliance with ISO / customer-specific quality standards.
- Maintain traceability of calibration records and audit readiness.
- Fixture Development & Improvement
- Assist in design and modification of functional test jigs,
- Work with design/R&D teams for DFT (Design for Testability) improvements.
Requirements
Essential Skills and Experience
- A bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or equivalent of the same in practical experience.
- 3-5 years of experience
- Strong background in problem solving and time management Desirable Skills and Experience
- Highly motivated self-starter.
- In-depth technical knowledge of electricity systems, power quality, and metering infrastructure.
