Job description
The Manufacturing Utility Operator will monitor, organize and schedule the daily activities of associates and monitor product resources ensuring that customer and AFL specifications are met. In this role, the Utility Operator will be qualified to operate all production lines in their assigned area. Their objective is to support the line operators on their team to maximize production while also ensuring safety and quality requirements are followed.
In this role, they are expected to assist with changeovers, support new operators in building their proficiency, monitoring workflow, solve process problems, and complete tasks as assigned by their shift supervisor.
