Service Owner

Job Overview : We are looking for an experienced Service Owner to lead product teams in a large-scale digital registry modernization program. This role focuses on replacing legacy systems with innovative, cloud-based solutions that improve user experience, operational efficiency, and compliance. The ideal candidate is agile-savvy, client-focused, and capable of guiding teams from discovery to delivery while collaborating with multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Lead product teams through discovery, design, testing, and implementation of digital services Redesign operational processes and implement new services for end-users Conduct gap analysis between legacy and modern systems; recommend solutions Support user-centric research and engagement to improve client and employee experiences Oversee User Acceptance Testing and ensure quality assurance standards Develop strategic roadmaps, technology, and sourcing recommendations Champion agile and digital delivery methodologies, including SCRUM practices Prepare status reports and lead product demonstrations to stakeholders and governance bodies Preferred Qualifications : Knowledge of registry systems and public-sector modernization programs Experience with gap analysis, enterprise system replacement, and large-scale digital initiatives Project/product management experience leading cross-functional teams How to Apply Interested candidates can apply with an updated resume highlighting relevant product, agile, and digital transformation experience.
