Senior Physician Recruiter

This position is responsible for managing the physician and provider recruitment cycle from start to finish; developing, maintaining, and expanding business relationships with Amsurg Practice Partners, and Amsurg Operations Leadership Team in their assigned markets. This includes analyzing physician volume as it relates to practice need then consulting/assisting in the development/review of a practice strategic recruitment plan in order to recommend appropriate recruitment and alignment strategies to Amsurg Practice Partners as well as to Operations Leadership Team.

This position will play an integral role to ensure all aspects of the recruitment hiring process are followed from start to finish understanding that working with a sense of urgency is a key to success.
