Job Title Beam Tufting Maintenance Tech C Position Overview Shaw is hiring a Beam Tufting Reliability Tech C. This position will serve the Tufting/Warping Department by making necessary repairs and/or adjustments to tufting machines for the purpose of maintaining their efficient and accurate operation. Shift: Sunday-Thursday 11pm-7am Essential Duties: Make necessary repairs to tufting machines and warpers.

Perform preventative maintenance on tufting machines and warpers. Make major changes of blades, loopers and needles on tufting machines Make necessary speed adjustments to tufting machines Obtain dissection weight checks for the purpose of determining the nature of tufting machine adjustments and make the needed adjustments pending the analysis of the dissection weight checks Make necessary tufting machine adjustments to accommodate style changes Troubleshoot machines and warpers for mechanical issues.

Perform minor and major overhauls of tufting machines when machine shop work is not required Repair mending guns and other Tufting/Warper Department equipment.
