About the Role" "Job Title": QA Engineer "Responsibilities":
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Digital, Development, eCommerce Product, & Marketing teams to be involved in reviewing analytics requirements.
- Contribute individually to testing the analytics data. Layer implementation and document all quality assurance findings both before and after the launch.
- Design high-quality test plans, cases, and executions on enterprise-level projects.
- Find, isolate, regress, and track bugs to find the most efficient resolution.
- Attend the launches to actively verify and troubleshoot any issues related to data collection, ensuring smooth implementation and accurate data capture.
- Validate data within the analytics platform (Amplitude) to ensure accurate data collection, and promptly address any discrepancies or anomalies detected during the validation process.
- Analyze functional requirements and recommend appropriate measures for QA processes and tools.
- Coordinate in developing QA automation programs and streamline current QA efforts.
- Work with product teams, developers, and business analysts on debugging and problem-solving.
- Perform Root Cause Analysis on QA issues and report them to all business stakeholders and project managers. "Required Skills":
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Computer Engineering or equivalent. - 5+ years of overall quality assurance experience in a SaaS environment. - 5+ years of experience in software testing and automation in long-term enterprise-level roles. - 3+ years of experience using analytics platforms such as Amplitude, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager.
- Digital website testing experience across Content Management Systems, Experimentation platforms, and other business systems preferred.
- Basic understanding of source control and bug tracking tools (preferably JIRA).
- Experience in managing test cases in concurrent projects in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
