Program Manager, Sales

Are you passionate about helping teams turn strategic goals into clear plans and deliver greater impact for their customers? We are seeking a Program Manager, Sales to oversee a portfolio of cross-functional Sales initiatives and bring structure to planning and execution across teams. In this role, you will translate Sales priorities into actionable plans, connect work and dependencies across projects, identify risks, and maintain visibility into progress and deliverables.

Partnering with Sales Executive Leadership and teams across the organization, you will help navigate competing priorities, identify where decisions are needed, and provide a clear view of the portfolio so Sales can better serve our brokers, producers, employer groups, and members.
