Demolition Technician - Restoration & Reconstruction

We're looking for a dependable Demolition Restoration Technician to join our Reconstruction Team. What You'll Do

Remove damaged building materials affected by water, fire, or mold. Perform demolition of drywall, flooring, insulation, framing, and other building components. Remove salvageable trim and materials when appropriate. Operate hand and power tools safely. Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment. Maintain clean and safe job sites.

Assist carpenters and mitigation technicians as needed. Drive company vehicles, including box trucks and trailers.

What We're Looking For

Construction, carpentry, or demolition experience preferred (training available for the right candidate). Comfortable using hand and power tools. Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to safely operate company vehicles and tow a trailer. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Must be at least 18 years old.

Schedule Monday–Friday, approximately 42–46 hours per week. Hours: 6:30am (occasionally) or 7:30am (typically) to 5:00pm. Occasional travel and overnight stays (hotel and per diem provided).
