Cleaning Operative (DBS Required) – Hersham, Surrey

Location: Molesey Road, North Weylands Industrial Estate, Hersham, Surrey, KT12 3PL Pay Rate: £17.50 per hour (PAYE) Hours: Monday only 9:00am – 11:00am 2 hours per week Contract: Temporary to Permanent Start Date: Immediate About the Role Concept Technical Resources are recruiting for a reliable and professional Cleaning Operative to work at a modern corporate office in Hersham, Surrey.

Key Responsibilities

Cleaning office areas, meeting rooms and communal spaces Vacuuming, mopping and dusting Cleaning kitchens and welfare facilities Cleaning washrooms and replenishing consumables Emptying bins and disposing of waste correctly Maintaining excellent standards of cleanliness and presentation Following all health & safety procedures Essential Requirements Previous commercial cleaning experience Basic DBS certificate (or willingness to obtain one) Right to Work in the UK Able to work independently and as a lone worker Comfortable acting as a key holder and operating an alarm panel where required Must use the client's telephone time and attendance system (mandatory) Reliable, trustworthy and professional with excellent attention to detail What We Offer £17.
