At Haven Home Health & Hospice, you'll provide personalized nursing care to pediatric and young adult patients in the comfort of their homes. Why Haven? 1:1 patient care $27-$35/hour based on experience and case acuity Consistent patient assignments Hands-on training and experienced nurse shadowing Health, Dental & Vision Insurance, PTO, and 401(k) What You'll Do Provide skilled nursing care to pediatric and young adult patients Manage trachs, ventilators, G-tubes/feeding tubes, medications, and assessments Monitor changes in condition and communicate with the clinical team Support patients and families while following individualized plans of care What We're Looking For Active Missouri RN or LPN license in good standing Strong communication and critical thinking skills Pediatric or home health experience is a plus, but not required We hire for heart and provide the training and support to help you succeed.
