THE JOB: Join our culinary team as a Fine Dining Cook II in the exclusive High Limits Lounge. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for preparing exquisite meals and delectable food items that reflect our upscale dining standards. You will collaborate closely with front-of-house staff to deliver exceptional dining experiences, creating unforgettable memories for our guests that will last long after their visit.

THE STARTING RATE: $20.94 THE DAY-TO-DAY: Prepares meals and other food items according to assignment by the Specialty Sous Chef or Restaurant Chef at assigned Sauté, Entrée, Wheel, Salad/Pantry, Appetizer, or Add-On fine dining stations in accordance with fine dining standards and guest requests.

Works in an ala carte setting with the ability to monitor and control ticket flow and continuity of service. Uses recipes and a variety of kitchen equipment to roast, broil, sauté, bake, boil, blanch, braise, fry, sear, and steam food to prepare and reheat soups, salads, sauces, dressings, and other food items. Plate meals or other food items in accordance with plate presentation specifications.

Informs supervisor of any irregularities occurring within the food preparation operation. Maintains clean and sanitary work areas throughout the meal period or working shift. Maintains a constant awareness of safety and accident prevention, immediately notifying the supervisor and completing an accident report in the event an accident occurs.
