Key Responsibilities
Sales & Key Account Management Responsible for sales development and growth for the assigned portfolio Lead the negotiation of contracts with Key Account Customers (eg: lens/VTS) Act as the main contact between customers and internal team Create and develop strategic plans to address customers’ needs and requirement that are in line with overall business direction and strategy to drive revenue growth Work towards monthly sales target and KPIs set Maintain, develop and build long-term relationships with new and existing customer by continuously proposing solution that meets objectives Negotiating contract agreement, overseeing sales activities Ensure smooth on ground activation Visit customer HQ and outlet to attend to customers’ needs and requirements as well as providing prompt after-sales Service Detailing company products to optical outlets stakeholders, and provide advise on product information, or any special promotions Marketing Work closely with marketing and training team to plan and execute marketing promotions, campaigns or training activities Build in-store brand presence and visibility with customers Gathering of customer and market information in a timely manner to stay competitive Represent the company in trade shows, events and exhibitions Follow up closely on accounts receivables to ensure target DSO is met Key Requirements University Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any related field 8 years relevant work experience with Key Accounts Preferably from Optical Industry Client relationship, cross function relationship, Emphasizing Excellence, Negotiation, Prospecting Skills, Meeting Sales Goals, Creativity, Sales Planning, Independence, Motivation for Sales Experience in Key Account Management or Territory Sales Strong account management and relationship building skills Experience of managing major national accounts at head office level as well as build strong rapport with ground level staff Your ZEISS Recruiting Team: Rebecca Felix
