About the Role

As a Breakfast Hostess at Hampton Inn-New Bern, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience for our guests. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the breakfast service, ensuring that all food and beverage offerings are presented attractively and are replenished as needed.

You will also be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization in the breakfast area, contributing to the overall ambiance of the hotel. By engaging with guests and providing exceptional customer service, you will help set the tone for their stay and enhance their overall satisfaction. Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry. Ability to work early morning shifts and weekends.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in food service or hospitality management. Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices. Familiarity with point-of-sale systems.

Responsibilities

Set up and maintain the breakfast buffet, ensuring all food items are fresh and presented appealingly. Monitor food inventory levels and communicate with kitchen staff to ensure timely replenishment of items. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including tables, utensils, and food stations.
