Your role

As Manager of Delivery Project Management, you will lead and develop a team responsible for delivering customer projects from start to completion. This includes full responsibility for planning, execution and delivery, ensuring that customer commitments are met in terms of scope, time, cost and quality. You will play a key role in strengthening our project execution capability, with a focus on structure, coordination and consistent delivery across projects.

The role combines operational leadership with a strong focus on ways of working and continuous improvement. You will support your team in managing standard deliveries as well as complex projects and ensure effective collaboration across the organisation. Customer projects are typically based on established products, sometimes combined with customer-specific adaptations.

You and your team are responsible for ensuring successful end-to-end delivery, working in close collaboration with the design and production organisations to align requirements, plans and deliveries. You will work closely with Service s Management, Account Management/Regional Programme Management, Engineering/Design, Production and other stakeholders to ensure high-quality delivery and strong customer satisfaction.

Main responsibilities: Leadership & capability building Lead and develop the Customer/ Delivery Project Management team Strengthen ways of working, project governance and common standards Ensure the team has the right capabilities, tools and support Strategy & way of working Develop and continuously improve project management processes and methods Translate overall direction into clear and effective ways of working Contribute to a scalable and efficient project execution capability Project execution & delivery Ensure successful delivery of customer projects, including relevant customer adaptations Secure performance in terms of scope, time, cost and quality Ensure effective planning, resource allocation and follow-up Coordinate deliveries and maintain close collaboration with the design organisation Customer & business alignment Ensure a strong and professional customer interface throughout project execution Translate customer needs into clear requirements towards internal stakeholders Secure alignment between customer expectations and internal deliveries Contribute to financial follow-up and overall business performance Drive continuous improvement based on project outcomes and lessons learned Within Surface Sensor Solutions, Customer Project Management works closely with Service Management, Marketing & Sales, Engineering, and Production.

Your profile

You are a structured and confident leader with a strong ability to drive execution and create clarity in complex environments. You are motivated by improving ways of working and strengthening team performance. You have solid experience from project management and a strong understanding of how to successfully lead projects with responsibility for scope, schedule, cost and quality.

We believe that you: Have proven leadership experience with a focus on team and performance development Have strong experience from project management, preferably in complex or technical environments Are comfortable working with planning, risk management and financial follow-up Have a strong customer focus and ability to build trust Communicate clearly and effectively in both Swedish and English Thrive in a structured yet dynamic environment International travel may be part of the role This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on current regulations regarding security protection.
