Why Join Us Competitive pay — $16.00–$18.00/hour, plus credit for experience A daytime schedule — full-time, Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, shift varies as needed, with holiday rotation required Meaningful work — build genuine relationships with residents and teammates Quick hiring — receive a response within 48 hours What You'll Do Safely transport residents to and from medical appointments, community outings, and on-site activities while ensuring timely arrivals Assist residents on and off the bus using appropriate equipment, providing courteous and patient-centered support Perform routine vehicle inspections, fueling, cleaning, and report any maintenance needs or incidents promptly Communicate effectively with facility staff regarding schedules, resident needs, and transportation updates Follow all safety and HIPAA requirements while supporting staff training and participating in community activities; must be able to lift up to 75 pounds and perform required physical tasks What You'll Need At least 21 years old Valid driver's license required, and must be able to pass insurance screening Relevant transportation experience, especially in senior living or healthcare, strongly preferred CPR certification preferred Benefits (for eligible employees) Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off HSA/FSA Pet insurance Tuition reimbursement Retirement plans Up to $1,000 referral bonus Ready to Apply?
