Cleaning Operative (DBS Required) – Sevenoaks

Location: 80 High Street, Sevenoaks, Kent, TN13 1LR Pay Rate: £14.26 per hour (PAYE) Hours: Monday to Friday: 5:30pm – 7:30pm Saturday: 4:00pm – 7:00pm 13 hours per week Contract: Temporary Holiday Cover (with the potential for future assignments) Start Date: Immediate About the Role Concept Technical Resources are recruiting for a reliable and professional Cleaning Operative to work at a prestigious high street banking site in Sevenoaks.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced cleaner looking for regular part-time hours within a professional corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities

Cleaning office, customer and communal areas Vacuuming, mopping and dusting Cleaning kitchens and staff welfare facilities Cleaning washrooms and replenishing consumables Emptying bins and disposing of waste correctly Maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness and presentation Locking and securing the premises where required Following all site health and safety procedures Essential Requirements Previous commercial cleaning experience Basic DBS certificate (or willingness to obtain one) Ability to meet Barclays pre-employment compliance requirements, including: Right to Work in the UK Employment history verification Adverse financial check Comfortable working independently and as a lone worker Able to act as a key holder and operate an alarm panel where required Must use the client's telephone time and attendance system (mandatory) Reliable, trustworthy and professional with excellent attention to detail What We Offer £14.
