We are looking for a Branch/Yard Assistant to join us at our Longtown site.

No two days are the same, and you’ll play a key role in helping our branch run smoothly. Your job This role involves: Providing customers with product and service information Pick customer orders accurately Assist with loading and unloading of vehicles using a forklift truck Process orders accurately, within a time dictated by the customer deadline Serve customers on the trade counter when required Customer interaction Delivery of goods using the company pick up when required Job Requirements Required: Excellent communication skills and some customer service skills Literacy & Numeracy A hardworking & helpful individual to train in all aspects of our operation An understanding of Health & Safety in a work environment Forklift truck licence Full UK driving licence Desirable: Warehouse experience Basic knowledge of computers Benefits Enjoy a long-term career with a stable and growing UK company, proudly owned by a global group.
