PRN Licensed Nurse (RN/LPN)

Compassionate, proactive, and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our PRN clinical team. Arbor Place is a physician-designed residential memory care community serving just 16 residents. Our small size allows nurses here to provide personalized, relationship-centered care while working closely with caregivers, physicians, and families.

Responsibilities

Assess residents and monitor changes in condition. Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately. Communicate and collaborate with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary care team. Document resident care and clinical observations. Respond to resident needs and changes in condition. Assist with hands-on resident care as needed to support the care team.

Assist with admissions, physician orders, and care plan updates. Ensure compliance with nursing standards, policies, and state regulations.

Qualifications

Current Maryland RN or LPN license in good standing. Current CPR certification. Experience in memory care, assisted living, long-term care, hospice, or geriatrics preferred. Strong clinical assessment, communication, and organizational skills. Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented.
