JOB STATUS: Full time (40 hours), 9-months LOCATION: Windom, MN Inspire Young Minds as a Head Start Teacher! Create a nurturing environment where children grow, learn, and thrive. WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Create Inspiring Experiences : Plan and lead engaging classroom activities.
  • Track Progress : Conduct assessments and maintain accurate records.
  • Encourage Family Involvement : Partner with parents to inspire active participation.
  • Support Inclusion: Ensure and inclusive classroom for children with disabilities.
  • Integrate Wellness: Incorporate health and nutrition activities.
  • Lead with Confidence: Supervise and guide classroom staff to foster a positive environment.
  • Promote the Program : Assist with recruitment efforts to connect more families to the Head Start program. SKILLS TO WOW US:

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • An AA or BA degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field (as defined by the Office of Head Start).
  • CPR and First Aid Certification (or the willingness to obtain it). WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?
