Human Resources Data Specialist

In this role, you will be responsible for leveraging data to drive strategic HR decisions and improve organizational effectiveness. Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making processes across HR functions Develop and maintain HR dashboards, reports, and predictive models using advanced analytics tools to support workforce planning Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with privacy regulations while analyzing HR metrics and KPIs to identify trends and areas for improvement Collaborate with HR teams to identify data needs, develop solutions, and provide training on data analysis and reporting tools Stay current with HR analytics best practices and emerging technologies to continuously improve data collection and analysis methods Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Data Science, Statistics, or related field 3-5 years of experience in HR data analysis or related field Advanced proficiency in HR analytics tools and software Strong data analysis and visualization skills Expertise in statistical analysis and data modeling Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.
