What You'll Do

Working with bicycles, parts and accessories, you’ll support accurate inventory, efficient dispatch and returns processing. Your key responsibilities will include: Receiving and inventory: Unload, count, scan and check incoming stock, report damage or discrepancies, and organise products in the correct warehouse locations.
Order fulfilment and dispatch: Pick, pack, label and prepare customer orders and stock transfers, checking accuracy and condition before dispatch. Returns and Ex. Demo support: Process returned stock and assist with Ex. Demo product and inventory records, following established procedures and guidance from the Workshop, OEM & QC Coordinator.
Warehouse operations: Record stock movements, assist with stocktakes and inventory checks, and monitor packaging supplies. Safety and organisation: Keep receiving, storage and dispatch areas clean and safe, follow manual-handling procedures, and promptly report hazards or incidents. Teamwork: Work closely with Operations, Workshop, Customer Service and Warranty teams to resolve issues and keep stock and orders moving.
About You

Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, receiving, dispatch, inventory control, logistics or a similar operational environment. Skills: High attention to detail when checking quantities, product condition, labels, documentation and inventory records. Strong organisation and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to safely handle, move, pack and store bicycles, cartons and other stock using appropriate equipment and manual-handling techniques. Clear verbal and written communication skills, including the confidence to raise discrepancies, delays and safety concerns promptly. Practical problem-solving skills and sound judgement about when to resolve routine issues or escalate them.
Ability to follow established receiving, inventory-transfer, returns and dispatch procedures accurately. Ability to work independently while contributing positively to shared team priorities.
