Required Education: High school diploma or GED or equivalent Recommended Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field of study. Required Work Experience: High School Diploma/GED and 5 years of relevant experience, including at least 1 year in a leadership role.
In lieu of a High School Diploma/GED, 7 years of experience with at least 1 year in a leadership role. Recommended Work Experience: Required Certifications: Recommended Certifications: Certified Healthcare Constructor (CHC)

- Oversees and manages Planning, Design and Construction Projects.
- Coordinates planning, design and construction project activities and disciplines with AC operations
- Accountable for coaching team on all project communication between client and project team. Intercedes when issues arise to build/restore relationships
- Establish alliances with other departments and organizations by recognizing dependencies in order to assess potential partnership and commitment to the program.
- Maintains the knowledge necessary to develop department goals, metrics of performance and programs relevant to areas of responsibility.
- Responsible for Human Resource actions for reporting staff, to include hiring, firing, disciplinary actions, and annual performance evaluations.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
