Danish Customer Support Consultant for Netflix

Are you passionate about great entertainment and helping others? On behalf of a BPO client, we’re looking for motivated Danish-speaking individuals to join the customer support team of Netflix. Based in beautiful Greece - with the option to work remotely across the country - you’ll be assisting subscribers with everything from payment inquiries to streaming troubleshooting.

What you will do

Communicating through chat & phone with subscribers Answering how-to questions about payment Troubleshooting streaming and content issues Assisting subscribers with how-to questions & navigating on Netflix Requirements Fluent Danish speaker Fluency in English Great communication & soft skills, as well as problem-solving skills Computer knowledge/tech savviness Being a TV shows fan (or even a Netflix subscriber) will be considered as an extra asset!
