The Role We are seeking a Full-Time Pilates Mat & Reformer Instructor to deliver exceptional group class experiences while contributing to the wider community and growth of the business. This role is approximately: 80% coaching & class delivery 20% community, admin, member and guest support Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality group classes aligned with business standards
• Teach across multiple disciplines such as Pilates, Yoga, Strength, Sculpt, and Mobility
• Provide safe, effective programming with strong focus on technique and alignment
• Create a welcoming, inclusive, and professional class environment
• Build genuine relationships with members and contribute to community culture
• Support events, workshops, and member engagement initiatives
• Assist with programming, scheduling coordination, and operations
• Maintain professionalism, reliability, and punctuality at all times
• Participate in team training, meetings, and ongoing development Candidate Profile - 3+ years experience in teaching Pilates
• Recognised Pilates Mat & Reformer Certification
• Solid understanding of movement mechanics and safe progressions
• Fluent in English (professional level) – Arabic is a plus
• Ideally already in the UAE, but open to hiring internationally You are:

• AED 18,000 Depending on experience.
