Instructional Designer III

The Instructional Designer III role is instrumental in supporting Mutual Bancorp and our family of banks’ culture of continuous learning and employees’ professional development, as well as change (e.g., new systems, procedures, products, regulations). Under the guidance of the Learning and Development Manager, they are responsible for the design, creation, and implementation of eLearning, instructor-led training, and interactive and engaging learning resources to create pathways for employee success.
