Job description
The Director of Logistics will lead the transformation of Romac's logistics and material flow operations during a period of significant growth. This role will establish centralized logistics governance, standardize processes across multiple sites, and build scalable transportation, warehousing, and inventory management systems that support the company's continued expansion.
Partnering closely with Operations, Manufacturing, Procurement, IT, Customer Service, and site leadership, this leader will drive process improvement, optimize logistics performance, improve inventory accuracy, and foster a culture of accountability, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
