Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Full-time.

Pay: $20–$30/hour + $500.00 Hiring Bonus!

- Work Location: In person at High School.

- Must already have RBT Certification

- Must be able to pass a background check

We are excited to announce a new opportunity to serve families inAurora, Coloradoand we’re looking for compassionate, dedicated individuals to join our team asRegistered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).

What You’ll Do:

• Work directly with children with autism and developmental needs.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Support skill-building, positive behavior change, and independence.
• Collaborate with families, schools, and our clinical team to make a lasting impact.
