Job Description 👨💻 We are looking for a Satellite Propulsion Feed System Expert at our Massy site, to support the rapid growth. Attached to the R&D Team , you will be responsible for: 📌 Providing expertise and tech 📌 Supporting advanced research 📌 Collaborating with cross-functional teams Main responsibilities: 📌 Reviewing and approving technical documents, both generated internally, but also with suppliers and customers, 📌 Leading specific activities linked with research activities on feed systems and their subsystems, 📌 Help develop the technical expertise of the team through the writing of best practices and design guidelines, 📌 Be the reference to define test plans, validation strategies and technological roadmap linked to feed systems, 📌 Identifying innovative technologies, processes or methodologies to be further studied, 📌 Mobilising resources for exploration of innovative technologies and methodologies, 📌 Representing Exotrail in seminars and forums, sharing their expertise and promoting the company’s vision and capabilities.
Preferred Experience 💁♀️ Education: Masters’ or PhD in aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering, oil & gas engineering, material science, or other fields related to feed systems 📌 Experience: 10 years in feed systems for satellites, launchers or associated systems, from concepts to design reviews, assembly and testing activities.
📌 Strong knowledge of the design of a complete feed system for a satellite (subsystems, and complete architecture, tube routing, etc.) 📌 Strong hands-on experience of feed systems 📌 Software for feed systems design and simulation. 📌 Strong technical leadership in multi-team technical meetings and a high level of agility.
📌 Strong verbal and written communication skills, with colleagues and external stakeholders in French and English (B2 min). 📌 Creativity vs unexpected technical issues (design, assembly, …) About our recruitment process 🤝 We are committed to recruiting the right people for the right job, regardless of your private background.
