Contract- Seasonal/Temporary RN assignment

This is a temporary seasonal Pre-op/Post-op nurse assignment expected to last through December 18th or approximately 12 weeks (subject to change) to cover a defined period of time. Temporary assignment does not guarantee continued or permanent employment.  Employment remains at-will, which specifies that either the colleague or the company may terminate employment at any time, for any reason, consistent with Texas state law.

Colleague will still be expected to comply, as a condition of employment, with existing and future center policies.
