Job Description: Manage trading and risk positions across listed and over-the-counter equity derivatives products. Execute hedging and risk management strategies in accordance with approved risk limits and trading mandates. Monitor market developments, volatility conditions, and portfolio exposures on an ongoing basis.

Support the pricing, issuance, and secondary risk management of structured products and client transactions. Work closely with Structuring, Sales, and Risk Management teams to facilitate transaction execution and portfolio management. Contribute to the development of trading analytics, risk monitoring tools, and trading processes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related quantitative discipline. Relevant experience in equity derivatives trading, Delta One, equity financing, market making, or related trading activities. Strong understanding of derivatives pricing, hedging methodologies, and market risk management.

Sound quantitative and analytical capabilities, with proficiency in trading and risk management systems. Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced market environment while maintaining disciplined risk control. Strong professional integrity, attention to detail, and execution capability.
