As a high-growth, entrepreneurial company, we’re seeking an experienced Transaction Coordinator to manage deals from intake through close, ensuring a seamless and efficient client experience.

Key Responsibilities

Drive the full lifecycle of Beeline Equity transactions from initial client engagement through closing Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering a high level of service and guidance throughout the process Evaluate and structure deals with a strong understanding of home equity solutions Guide clients through documentation requirements, ensuring accuracy and file completeness Proactively identify and resolve issues to keep transactions on track and avoid delays Consistently meet closing targets Qualifications: 1–3+ years of experience as a Loan Originator, Loan Officer Assistant, Processor, HEI customer service, or similar role is a plus Strong understanding of mortgage or home equity products Experience managing pipelines and client communication Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment and demonstrate a high level of adaptability Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Benefits Health, dental, and vision insurance Life & disability insurance 10 personal/sick days per year (available immediately) 3 weeks vacation per year (accrued per pay period) 401(k) Equal Opportunity Employer Beeline.
