310T Mechanic or 2nd Year Apprentice

Based out of our Smithville, Ontario facility and reporting to the Shop Foreman, a 310T Mechanic or Apprentice is responsible for learning and in-turn completing, the day-to-day preventative and post incident repairs of a large fleet of commercial vehicles. Under the guidance of the shop leadership and working with experienced technicians, this fast paced, but diligent role will diagnose and carry out all repairs for mechanical issues and problems discovered in various commercial School Buses and civilian class vehicles.

The incumbent will maintain a strong sense of customer service while interacting with various stakeholders including, School Bus Drivers, Dispatchers, Managers, Peer Mechanics, Apprentices and Governmental Agencies.
