Job description
Seeking a Deck Plant Welder to support all welding department operations while maintaining safety, quality, and productivity standards. This full-time position works Monday through Thursday, (10-hour shifts) in a manufacturing environment. Candidates must have MIG welding experience, be able to pass an internal weld test, use basic hand tools, and be willing to learn blueprint reading and measurement skills.
The role requires attention to detail, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and working in a fast-paced environment with varying temperatures and moderate to loud noise levels.
