Role Overview The Account Manager will be responsible for working closely with Hera’s largest customers in the launch services industry – supporting the highest-growth space launch systems in the world.

You will be a critical contributor to enable the success of our customers’ missions through white glove support; available where they need us, when they need us to ensure successful delivery of our products and services. You’ll be the thermal protection systems subject matter expert and the chief solutions architect solving the hottest problems in the world.

This role serves as the bridge between our customers’ procurement/engineering functions and the broad capability set housed within Hera and the Canopy A&D platform. You’ll be empowered to take ownership immediately of programs spanning one or multiple customers.
