Job description
The Peer Support Worker provides peer-based support to individuals who are navigating addiction and substance use during community reintegration. The Peer Support Worker offers encouragement, practical guidance, and recovery-oriented support to individuals transitioning from provincial remand centres into the community.
The role works closely with advocates and social workers to support stability, connection to addiction and community resources, and successful reintegration.
